$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr A phenomenal investment firm in MIDTOWN EAST is seeking an energetic, poised, and eager Executive Assistant to join their IR Team. This is an incredible opportunity for an EA to get hands-on experience within investor relations while working alongside a wonderful team. The company values a great culture of team-oriented individuals. This role is full time in office Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm. $95-105k base + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling internal/external meetings, prioritizing the teams time Coordinate international and domestic travel including flights, hotel reservations, ground transportation, dining reservations; creating detailed itineraries Overseeing/completing monthly expense reports and handling follow-ups as needed Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, book binding Working with the CRM system, DealCloud managing notes, contacts, updates, investor tracking Event planning (as needed) including investor meetings/roadshows/conferences Adhoc projects Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 3+ years of related experience working in an assistant role, preferably within IR Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, time-management skills and attention to detail Proactive and strong work ethic Excellent judgement and resourceful Seniority level
