Position: Operations Supervisor Reports to: Program Operations Lead Compensation: Competitive starting salary $81,600 - $102,800; Full Pay Range: $124,000 Energy Trust is committed to pay equity and fair employment practices. What We’re Looking For (Responsibilities) Lead and supervise the Operations Coordinators; hire, train and manage a team, develop processes and documentation to improve day-to-day efficiency.

Oversee the team of Operations Coordinators acting as the central hub for program operations, implementing business processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate incentive delivery processes, forms development, records management, and review/approval of project payments and product requests.

Maintain the program implementation manual and other essential documentation; provide operational support for new initiatives; train for trade allies and program staff.

Provide operational guidance, coaching, and subject-matter expertise; ensure resources are adequate to meet program needs and maintain stakeholder relationships across departments.

Develop and maintain a library of process documentation and best practices; implement new processes and enhancements to existing processes.

Monitor capacity, track initiatives, and manage payment process improvement projects; ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time in compliance with finance and audit rules.

Coordinate with Operations Specialists, Analysts, IT and staff on system needs and enhancements; perform other duties as assigned; perform all functions safely.

What You’ll Do (Team and Leadership) Lead and supervise the Operations Coordinators; collaborate with external staff and Program Management Contractor representatives to maintain program, payment, and organizational systems.

Ensure staff are properly trained, supported, and cross-trained to create redundancies; maintain up-to-date process documentation.

Provide guidance and coaching to ensure consistent, integrated delivery of programs; build strong cross-department relationships.

Oversee capacity planning, reporting, and visibility of key initiatives and tasks.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures; coordinate with internal/external staff on software needs and enhancements.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

5 years’ professional experience in business/program administration, health care, business operations, or project management.

2 years in management or team lead capacity preferred.

Experience developing process and technical documentation; leading initiatives with internal and external resources.

Ability to initiate and implement enhancements to business and operational processes.

Proficient in data entry and MS Office; CRM systems and other databases; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Excellent coordination and organization skills with high attention to detail; ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with a diverse workforce.
