Senior Associate, Marketing Data Scientist (PCO). This role leads analytical efforts that support Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO). You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that guide marketing strategies, improve member engagement, and support operational excellence. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys connecting analytics to real-world healthcare outcomes. Base pay range

$117,600.00/yr - $161,700.00/yr Responsibilities

Drive strategic analytics that inform decision-making across PCO marketing and operations Leverage dashboards and reporting tools to develop insights around campaign performance, member engagement, and operational KPIs Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and strategy teams to align analytics with business goals Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in analytics Develop custom machine learning models such as segmentation and attribution, churn models, etc. Use predictive modeling to gain insights into Humana member experiences using models such as Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, clustering, and text mining for business outcomes Conduct power analysis, hypothesis testing, and develop marketing A/B test designs; support implementation and present findings to business partners Transform high volumes of data into advanced analytic solutions using mathematics, statistics, modeling, and technology Perform post-campaign analysis including media performance, consumer/audience trends, consumer profiles, and omni-channel analysis Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, pharmacy, business, healthcare, or related quantitative field OR 3–5 years of data analytics or data science experience 3+ years of proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 3+ years of experience with setting up causal inference experiments Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting Ability to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics 3+ years of knowledge in predictive modeling and segmentation techniques Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards Experience with Snowflake and Databricks Marketing experience a plus Experience with Adobe Analytics About Humana and Equal Opportunity
