Perform weekly reconciliations between Trustee and WSO Compliance Team Reconcile Monthly Trustee Reports Conduct quarterly payment and Waterfall tie outs Support warehousing reporting and reconciliation Research and resolve trade breaks and validate pre-trade reporting Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3-7 years of experience in CLO Operations, preferably with a CLO manager, trustee, or accounting firm Strong knowledge of leveraged loan and bond asset classes Experience with Wall Street Office (WSO) and Allvue Strong Excel and analytical skills Knowledge of CLO documents/Indentures and warehousing agreements Compensation
