Job Description :
Design, develop, test, and implement solutions to connect the Workday platform with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR, finance, and other business functions. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, building integrations using tools like Workday Studio and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. Requirements often include a bachelor's degree, strong technical skills in Workday's integration tools and web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST), and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Candidate should have at least 5 years for experience in similar role working as a Workday integration consultant.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering
Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical integration specifications.
Design & Development
Design and build integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and APIs.
Testing & Implementation
Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet business requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support
Provide technical support to end-users and clients by troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams, including functional leads, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful integration projects.
Documentation
Create and maintain documentation for integration designs, processes, and best practices.
Training and Handover
Training the client's resources on the integration built so they can support after go live
