Associate Client Support Consultant . What you’ll do and what you’ll bring will help keep ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction high as you support clients with 1–49 employees, handling issue resolution, questions, client training on ADP technology, and more. What you’ll do
Serve as ADP’s front-line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and helping clients. Train clients on ADP technology and collaborate with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem solving, in a metrics-driven call center environment. Manage a high volume of inbound calls with a structured daily schedule; peak-season hours may require increased phone time. What you can expect on a typical day
Client Support: Troubleshoot payroll issues and partner with teams to resolve problems and deliver a seamless client experience. Learn: Continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance (federal/state), procedures, products, and support tools. Organize: Adhere to a daily schedule and manage workload efficiently to handle high call volumes. Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience. Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. A college degree is not required; relevant experience or military background is acceptable. Preferred experiences
