Overview
We are working with our government contracting client based in Reston, VA to assist with a Controller search, reporting to the CFO. This hands-on role will lead financial statement preparation/reporting, accounting operations (A/P, A/R, Payroll), revenue recognition, SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting/KPIs and M&A/integrations. Ideal profile includes, CPA, leadership of small teams, interaction with C-suite, Costpoint/Unanet preferred. Hybrid office environment/remote, compensation to $225K + bonus. Responsibilities
Lead financial statement preparation and reporting Oversee accounting operations (A/P, A/R, Payroll) Manage revenue recognition and SEC reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs Drive M&A activity and integrations Qualifications
