Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager This is a role within gpac’s Insurance Division. Pay and specifics are based on skills and experience; discuss with the recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Accurately input policy updates and account information. Communicate with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage questions. Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for new business and account renewals. Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals. Maintain consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives. Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance license required. Minimum 5 years independent agency or retail broker experience. Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating. Experience with various carriers and working directly with underwriters. Experience using online rating software and insurance carrier online systems. Skilled in: Generalist book, contractors, hospitality, E&O, D&O, EPLI, real estate. EPIC agency management system experience required. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
