Overview Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Responsibilities
Accurately input policy updates and account information.
Communicate with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage questions.
Manage the marketing/quoting process for new business and account renewals.
Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals.
Provide consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
Minimum 5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating.
Experience with various carriers and direct interaction with their underwriters.
Experience using online rating software and carrier online systems.
Skilled in: Generalist book, contractors, hospitality, E&O, D&O, EPLI, real estate.
EPIC agency management system experience required.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
