We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our NYC team, supporting our monday Service product as part of our WorkOS platform. This is the start of a large-scale build-out and an opportunity to scale our ESM sales with expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge.

About The Role

This role is the start of something big. As an Account Executive for our monday Service product, you will be responsible for scaling our ESM sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers, focusing on the value delivered by monday Service.

You will:

The Account Executive is a quota-carrying role and will own the full sales cycle for the monday Service product.

Work directly with monday.com’s Account Managers to identify ESM opportunities within the existing book of business and co-sell the solution to these customers.

Lead discovery and ESM-focused demos to align on business outcomes, highlighting possibilities and best practices.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI.

Act as a product owner in an agile environment, coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 ESM product in the market.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends to position monday against alternatives and continuously enhance our offering for scale.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience

2+ years of experience selling a dedicated ITSM/ESM solution

Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience; partnership experience is a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute; this is the start of a large-scale build-out

Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to position against competitors

Strong adherence to process with a passion for process improvement

Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions

Ability to build strong personal relationships internally and externally

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Track record of being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive

BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $102,000-$150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholdings and taxes. The role includes the opportunity for discretionary bonus and/or equity based on company plans. Compensation offers vary by location and experience. This is a hybrid position of 3 days per week in our NYC office.
