Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy

Prepare and execute payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries

Assist with month-end closing and accruals

Prepare and post journal entries related to accounts payable

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
