Executive Personal Assistant to Founder/CEO, High-End Global Consulting Firm, New York City
Our client, a high-end global consulting firm is seeking a “concierge-type” Executive Personal Assistant that really understands the “high touch” lifestyle of the UHNW world and stays up to date with the latest trends/best restaurants and accommodations in NYC as well as internationally. The ideal candidate has supported a HNW principal, preferably from the hospitality space. The successful candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, creative, and has relevant work experience in lifestyle and travel management. This is an in-person role in the office with the Personal Assistant, midtown with off- hour availability, including some weekends.
About the Job:
Coordinate with the Personal Assistant and manage a complex and ever-changing personal and professional calendar, including meetings and events.
Offer concierge services, keep current with hospitality trends to secure top-tier reservations and provide tailored recommendations.
Organize and manage social events throughout the year, ranging from cocktail gatherings to holiday celebrations.
Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodations, and creating detailed travel itineraries.
Stay up to date on hospitality trends to execute prime reservations and provide recommendations
Coordinate with other staff members, including the Principal’s Personal Assistant on any household and/or personal projects
Manage expenses
Ad hoc projects; run errands
About You:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a busy, high-profile executive, understanding the “high touch” lifestyle and concierge type services required to support the principal and family; experience in hospitality highly desired
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; a team player that can collaborate with the Executive Assistant in the office
Mature, resourceful, and capable of working independently with discretion
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; tech-savvy
Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
An interest in keeping up with high end lifestyle trends and a “worldly” ‘perspective
