Overview Company: Williams Lea, by RRD Location: Columbus, OH (also open to candidates in Wheeling, WV). Hybrid schedule after training: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Role Document Production Associate Sr.

– Columbus, OH (also open to Wheeling, WV).

Shift options:

2nd shift: Sun-Wed 1pm-12am

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 8pm-4:30am

Other: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 2:30am EST

Location : Hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Pay : $18.76 - $19.75 per hour + 10 to 15% shift differential

Job duties

Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.

Transcribe tapes, scan, and clean documents, and convert documents to/from different file formats.

Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.

Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

Use document comparison software, red-lining, and general editing to correct legal documents as directed.

Create complex formulas and functions to analyze data.

Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents as requested.

As part of the shift, intake work requests from the client; clarify instructions, negotiate deadlines, and prioritize work across the team.
