Position Summary HIV/STD/Hepatitis C (HCV) key target population prevention projects. Ensure compliance with CDC/OPH/funder requirements and attainment of program and outreach deliverables. Work with linkage and other programs to ensure clients access all needed services including HIV/Hepatitis C/STI care and treatment. Oversee program area requirements, including data management, analysis and reporting, staff and staffing needs, supplies and all quality assurance (QA) measures. Ensure all reporting and evaluation mechanisms are complied with.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Maintain community sites for condom availability and oversee ordering and delivery of supplies to sites.

Report on all funded condom delivery activities as appropriate.

Perform street outreach and community outreach in community venues and social events in urban locations.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of program area, ensuring staffing needs are met so program activities, such as HIV testing events, have adequate staff to see clients in a timely manner and that all quality assurance measures, supplies and logistical requirements are met.

Ensure compliance with CDC and Office of Public Health funder requirements for the project.

Ensure all program deliverables are achieved, including ongoing monitoring, and proactively make adjustments as needed to keep deliverables on track.

Collaborate with other program areas and staff to meet program area needs and communicate program requirements.

Implement Office of Public Health requirements on care and social service referrals and Pre‑Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP).

Administer HIV, HCV and STI tests as needed, maintain quality‑assurance standards and ensure they are properly carried out.

Develop or assist in creating reports, new articles, research papers, etc. that inform and promote the goals and results of the program and agency.

Assist with monitoring and evaluation. Complete all reporting requirements in a timely and professional manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in public health or related field (social work, social sciences) preferred.

High school diploma (or equivalency) and 2–3 years’ experience in public health or relevant field (social sciences, nonprofit, research) and 1–2 years’ experience in program‑specific, relevant experience such as with key target populations (Total of 3–5 years of experience).
