The Director, Clinical Reporting and Technology Strategy will develop the strategic reporting and technology roadmap for clinical initiatives deployed to field teams. The role involves synthesizing internal clinical work, prioritizing opportunities for reporting, analytics, and technology, and partnering across clinical strategy, analytics and reporting, technology and product teams, and clinical/operations leadership.

Location preference is Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clinical reporting and technology roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy.

Collaborate with clinical strategy teams, analytics and reporting teams, technology teams, clinical services, and field operations to develop and maintain a technology and reporting prioritization process to support clinical initiatives.

Develop and maintain standards of excellence for field reporting and analytics to ensure a high-quality field user experience for reports and technology.

Provide leadership and direction to the team, including performance development, retention, and ensuring patient safety, compliance, and outcomes through effective management.

Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications

6+ years of experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a relevant field (MBA, MHA) preferred with 3+ years post-graduate experience.

Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field.

Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and accountable care models.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results.

Travel up to 25%.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The salary range for the role is $110,100.00-$161,700.00 per year.
