Director, Clinical Technology and Reporting Strategy
Location: Denver, CO.
Base pay range: $110,100 – $161,700 per year.
Overview The Director will play an integral role in developing the strategic reporting and technology roadmap for clinical initiatives deployed to field teams. The position focuses on synthesizing internal clinical work, assessing and prioritizing opportunities for reporting, analytics, and technology, and delivering a prioritized roadmap that supports clinical outcomes and quality of life for kidney patients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a clinical reporting and technology roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy.
Collaborate with clinical strategy, analytics, reporting, technology, clinical services, field operations, and other teams to develop and maintain a prioritization process for technology and reporting initiatives.
Maintain standards of excellence for field reporting and analytics to ensure high‑quality user experiences.
Provide leadership and direction to the team, managing performance development, retention, assignments, and team relations.
Ensure consistent user experiences across technology and reporting interfaces.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations, or healthcare management.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA, MHA) preferred with 3+ years of post‑graduate experience.
Experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or related fields.
Subject‑matter expertise in value‑based healthcare programs and accountable care models.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Track record building relationships and gaining credibility with stakeholders.
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results.
Travel up to 25%.
