Responsibilities
Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and BRN scope of practice, ensuring effective, comprehensive, evidence-based care to achieve desired health outcomes.
Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities, balancing patient needs and comfort. Collaborates with other disciplines to develop a comprehensive, holistic, and effective plan of care. Applies current practice standards, guidelines, statutes, rules, and regulations.
Demonstrates accountability for ethical behavior and supports ethical practice by addressing or escalating issues. Acts as a patient advocate.
Qualifications
6 months of acute care experience.
Minimum education required for RN licensure.
RN license.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
