Senior Genesys Cloud Developer As a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Genesys Cloud platform. Prior experience with natural language voice applications, chatbots, and various call center technology tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in configuring flows, call routing, API integrations, Data Tables/Actions, SMS, Dialer, and WFM, along with working knowledge of SIP and Genesys AppFoundry partners. Previous experience with other CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Engage, Verint, and IP Soft (Amelia) is also advantageous. Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. What You’ll Do Be a subject matter expert on Genesys Cloud. Enhance, support, and develop Genesys Cloud flows and call routing to increase contact center efficiency, reduce member handle time, and improve customer satisfaction. Develop and automate chatbots, leveraging various AI technologies. Develop and support Natural Language IVR systems. Recommend modifications to the Genesys Cloud system to enhance the organization’s competitive position. Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for system improvements. What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud. 4+ years of call center experience and development, including AI technologies, API integrations (e.g., Mule API), chatbots, NLP, predictive analysis, and machine learning. Advanced experience integrating Genesys Cloud with platforms like Salesforce. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in business terms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
