Mainframe Systems Administrator

Job Description Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement. Responsibilities: Our Direct Client requires the services of a Mainframe Systems Administrator to provide administrative support for client mainframe system and services. Skill Required/Desired Required 7 years - Experience with z/OS Systems administration Required 7 years - Experience in basic z/OS utilities: TSO, SYSVIEW and/or ISPF, Basic IBM utilities IDCAMS, IEFBR14 Required 5 years - Experience with mainframe IMS database administration Required 5 years - Experience with DBRC Required 5 years - Experience with Batch and CICS Cobol, IMS programming and problem resolution. Required 5 years - Experience developing and troubleshooting complex JCL Required 5 years - Experience with JCL, CICS, VSAM, and TSO Required 5 years - Working knowledge of Top Secret setup, administration, and reporting Required 2 years - Experience writing, analyzing, and debugging REXX programs in a z/OS environment Required 2 years - Experience maintaining mainframe printer assignments, including working knowledge of IPPrintway Preferred 10 years - 10+ years’ experience with z/OS Systems administration Preferred 10 years - 10+ years’ experience in basic z/OS utilities: TSO, SYSVIEW and/or ISPF, Basic IBM utilities IDCAMS, IEFBR14 Preferred 8 years - 8+ years’ experience with mainframe IMS database administration Preferred 1 years - Working knowledge of BPXBATCH processing for remote executes Preferred 1 years - Working knowledge of batch SFTP and FTPS processing Preferred 1 years - Working knowledge of Informatica Power Exchange software using mainframe datasets (IMS and VSAM) as either a source or target for change data capture Preferred 1 years - Experience with logically related databases 800 Corporate Drive, Suite 301-500 Stafford, VA, 22554 Phone - 1 (703) 547-8929 Fax - 1 (703) 991-7602
