Ace Precision Inc . Job Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Position Type: Full Time Shift: 1st shift (M-F 7a-3:30p) Job Summary:
Performs various assigned repetitive operations to fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal products according to standardized procedures and methodologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works from simple sketches and routings. Performs setups on manual rolls, expanders, and planishers. Operates equipment such as sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders. Performs deburring operations and checks work using basic measuring tools. Coordinates with Maintenance for preventive maintenance. Follows quality system work instructions and safety policies. Completes documentation accurately and maintains attendance. Assists team members as needed. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, with at least three months related experience or training. Ability to read English, understand sketches, and communicate effectively. Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of decimals and fractions. Judgment to follow instructions and make minor decisions.
