Step into a world of luxury and performance as a Front Parts Specialist. In this key role, you will manage both retail and wholesale parts sales, providing an unparalleled experience for our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and wholesale customers, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations and upholds the prestigious reputation of The Collection. Utilize your deep knowledge of luxury automotive parts to guide clients through their purchasing decisions, whether for personal use or commercial accounts. Ensure every transaction is seamless, accurate, and aligned with our premium standards. Collaborate closely with the parts department to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring that both retail and wholesale demands are met with efficiency and precision. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, providing tailored solutions and exceptional follow-up to foster long-term partnerships. Efficiently manage the processing, documentation, and fulfillment of parts orders, ensuring that all details are handled with the utmost care and accuracy. Stay informed about the latest parts and accessories for luxury vehicles, enhancing your ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to our clients. Work in tandem with the sales and service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer service and parts sales.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail and/or wholesale automotive parts sales, preferably within a luxury or high-performance dealership environment. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to anticipate client needs and offer solutions that reflect The Collection’s dedication to excellence. In-depth understanding of luxury automotive brands and their parts, with a passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele. Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using advanced sales and inventory management software, along with a readiness to adopt new technologies that enhance client service.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the parts and sales areas for extended periods, interacting with clients and managing inventory. Able to lift and carry parts and accessories weighing up to 50 lbs., with ease and care. Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching, ensuring that every item is handled with the attention to detail that our luxury environment demands.

Working Conditions:

Operate within a sophisticated, upscale dealership setting, providing service in a space that mirrors the luxury and exclusivity of the vehicles we represent. Engage with a bustling showroom and parts counter, balancing the needs of both retail customers and wholesale clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Be prepared to accommodate the schedules of our elite clientele, which may include extended hours, evenings, and Saturdays to meet their needs.
