This role is for a Concierge Superstar who will help craft luxury moments for our discerning clientele. Compensation

The Collection provided pay range: This range is provided by THE COLLECTION. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr Responsibilities

Be the Brand Ambassador: As the first point of contact, you’ll greet and engage clients with genuine warmth, embodying the prestige and sophistication of our dealership. Orchestrate White-Glove Service: Anticipate client needs, deliver personalized experiences, and coordinate seamless transportation via Uber, Lyft, or other luxury services. Facilitate Connections: Direct guests to their respective Sales, Service, Parts, or Loaner team members with ease and professionalism. Curate Local Experiences: Be our in-house expert on the best restaurants, activities, shopping hotspots, and more; assist clients with reservations and recommendations. Keep Things Pristine: Ensure the concierge area is impeccably maintained to reflect the elegance of our brands. Refresh and Delight: Offer and serve refreshments to all guests, ensuring every visit feels like a luxury retreat. Support Behind the Scenes: Help management organize inventory and contribute to operational excellence. Support the organization during hosted/sponsored events, escorting guests and directing foot traffic. Create Lasting Impressions: Manage client interactions with poise, problem-solving on the spot to exceed expectations. Qualifications

Professionalism: You’re polished, personable, and always deliver service with a smile. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. Experience: 2-5 years in customer service within a luxury environment, such as 5-star hotels or high-end retail. Automotive experience is a bonus. Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in high-energy environments and can tackle stressful situations with grace. Customer-Centric: Resolving issues and anticipating needs comes naturally to you. Flexibility: Weekends and evenings (up to 8 PM) are part of the role. Physical Requirements
