Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain effective relationships across departments to support coordinated care, seamless service delivery, and integrated planning. Drive Performance and Accountability: Use data and key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness, guide decisions, and ensure high-quality services and fiscal accountability. Foster Leadership Development: Mentor and support leadership at all levels, cultivating a culture of learning, accountability, and personal growth. Champion Employee Engagement: Promote transparency, inclusion, and open communication by creating systems for staff input, recognition, and shared success. Implement Strategic Initiatives: Lead the execution of key clinical and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with agency priorities and funder expectations. Develop Partnerships and Community Engagement: Represent the agency in strategic partnerships and community collaborations to support innovative, sustainable service models. Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor quality standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring proactive systems are in place for compliance and service excellence.
Qualifications
Master’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including oversight of multi-program operations and external partnerships.
