We're looking for a senior/staff-level engineer to lead critical incident investigations and response efforts. The Senior Incident Response Engineer collaborates with a broad set of stakeholders, playing a vital part in ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across pipeline, employee, and process safety. What are the responsibilities? As a Senior Incident Response Engineer, you will: Lead incident site investigations, analyze root causes, and deliver detailed reports to executives and regulatory bodies. Mentor and qualify investigation team leads, and review field investigation findings. Develop safety insights for board presentations and contribute to high-level safety initiatives. Guide cross-functional teams to improve safety protocols and compliance. Present technical findings and project outcomes to leadership and external stakeholders. What are the requirements? Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology with a PE license 8-15 years of engineering experience in natural gas or petrochemical industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cross-discipline engineering knowledge Strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to safety Knowledge of incident investigation methods, including evidence collection and root cause analysis You would be really happy here if: You can be counted on in crucial times, possessing great focus while completing projects successfully and efficiently.
