Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the branch’s P&L by successfully managing all departments and lines of business to exceed business goals. Drives the culture and sets expectations for safety, work ethic, professionalism, ownership of the business, and shares pride in the branch and its successes. Essential Job Functions
Supervises department managers and superintendents, providing direction, training, and communication of policies and objectives. Leads by example in safety and administers the safety program. Ensures efficient daily operations, meeting financial targets including EBIT and gross margin goals across all lines except New Installation. Manages profit and loss (P&L), using reports to meet budgetary goals. Works with sales managers to increase customer base. Oversees retention of service contracts and manages at-risk customer accounts, utilizing NPS scores and related tools. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners. Oversees employee performance reviews and manages compensation discussions. Maintains knowledge of market area, industry codes, employment laws, and company products. Handles union contract issues and manages invoice and accounts receivable approvals. Coordinates with regional teams in operations, sales, HR, and safety. Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and management methods. Bachelor's degree or extensive industry/management experience; or two years' management experience; or equivalent. Proven success in talent development and problem-solving skills. Benefits
