The Clinical Research Coordinator will perform independently or with general direction at the fully operational journey level to execute, manage, and coordinate research protocols under the guidance of the Clinical Research Manager, Principal Investigator (PI), and/or the Associate Director for Clinical Research Programs, specifically within the Radiation Oncology program. Responsibilities include coordinating data collection and operations for multiple clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with research protocols, UCSF policies, and regulatory agencies. Key duties include supporting management and coordination of clinical studies, acting as an intermediary between services and departments, overseeing data and specimen management, managing study results, creating and maintaining databases, coordinating staff schedules, assisting with training, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data integrity, participating in audits, and other related tasks. Position details: Full-time at UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. Salary range: $34.32 - $55.19 hourly. Benefits information available at UC Benefits. Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience; strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills; ability to multitask and work independently. Preferred:

Experience in clinical research, especially in oncology; knowledge of research regulations; familiarity with clinical trial management software; membership in professional societies; ability to work with diverse populations; certification by SCRA or ACRP; proficiency with electronic medical records and data analysis software.
