We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join our established and collaborative Hematology/Oncology outpatient clinic in Alaska. Work alongside a highly experienced Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated team of nurses, administrative staff, and a clinic manager. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated oncologist who values quality patient care, a manageable schedule, and a supportive team environment in a unique and beautiful location.
Practice Details- Setting : Outpatient Oncology Clinic
- Team Composition : Partner Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Receptionist, and Clinic Manager
- Patient Volume :
- patients per week
- patients per day
- Hours : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Call : None or minimal (optional to define based on actual clinic policies)
- Base Salary : $700,000
- Incentives : Additional compensation through wRVU-based incentives
- Sign-On Bonus : $25,000
- Relocation Assistance : $25,000
- CME Allowance : $5,000 annually
- Paid Time Off :
- 25 days PTO
- 7 paid holidays
- 5 days CME leave
- Medical Doctor (MD or DO)
- Board Certified / Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Alaska
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based oncology care
- Comfortable managing a broad spectrum of oncology conditions in an outpatient setting
