    • Clinic: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Night Call: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Initial Need: Sporadic dates
  • Goal: More consistent coverage over time
Setting
  • Clinic and call coverage
  • Adults only
  • 2-5 patients per day
  • General urology procedures required
  • EMR: EPIC
Requirements
  • Indiana medical license at time of submission - Required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • CDS & DEA Required
  • Robotics training - Highly Preferred
