Physical Therapist Needed - Ocala, FL

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a well-established facility in Ocala, Florida . This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity with no nights, weekends, or hospital responsibilities .

• Outpatient-only, Monday-Friday schedule

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

• Participate in ongoing performance and quality initiatives
