Cross Country Locums
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP after 30 days credentials
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: FQHC 100% outpatient
- Scope of Work: 20 to 25 patients a day, all ages, open to new graduates, assist with chronic disease & health Management programs
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: unrestricted SC license, but will wait for provider to get one, DEA, MD or DO degree
- EMR: eclinical works
