Pediatrician- Las Cruces, NM
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 4 daytime shifts + 1 evening shift per week
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join a well-rounded care team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This full-time role includes both outpatient clinic care and inpatient rounding at a local hospital. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient clinic setting
Conduct well-child exams, sick visits, immunizations, and routine health screenings
Work one evening clinic shift per week (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Participate in hospital rounding in the pediatric unit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure coordinated, team-based care
Requirements:
MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
Unrestricted medical license in New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
Preferably 2+ years of pediatric experience
Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to collaborative, patient-focused care
