Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 annually Based on education and experience

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Preschool Principal (Center Director) to lead one of our high-performing schools in the Lehigh Valley area. What You'll Do:

As a school leader with Chesterbrook Academy, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily school operations and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations

• Leading a team of educators and support staff with clear vision and enthusiasm

• Building meaningful relationships with families and creating a welcoming school culture

• Ensuring curriculum implementation, classroom excellence, and student achievement

• Driving enrollment and retention through effective community engagement and customer service

• Partnering with regional leadership to meet performance goals and support staff development

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.

• A strong understanding of Pennsylvania DHS licensing and Keystone Stars standards.

• Passion for mentoring teachers and shaping high-quality educational environments

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to travel within the local market and step into leadership openings as needed
