Premier Cardiac Team of Northeast Tennessee Looking to Add an Electrophysiologist to Their Team
Position:
- Physician led group with 50 physicians, 40 Advance Practice Providers, covering 14 hospitals
- Position is for One location, joining 8 general cardiologist, 3 other electrophysiologist, as well as 3 cardiac, and 2 vascular surgeons
- Group is active in advanced electrophysiology procedures, peripheral vascular interventions, structural heart disease and advanced non-invasive imaging including CT, MRI, and Echo
- Cath Lab has 5 rooms, 2 dedicated EP rooms, all GE and Phillips equipment, Coronary Room, 5 Heart rooms, and procedure rooms - average 5-6 studies a day
- Outpatient clinic has 20 exam rooms, Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab site, recently remodeled and has a seasoned staff
- Named in Nation's Top 50 for cardiovascular hospitals
- 450 referring doctors, academic affiliation, dominate the region
- Flexible schedule based off the way you enjoy practicing, Monday - Friday
Offering:
- Group employment 2 years, Junior Partner, with Base salary
- After year 2, Partner, base is wRVUs average for entire team, currently over $650,000
- No wRVUs bonus structure, no stress on total production, this is a true team model
- Quality Metrics bonus of over $70,000 hit yearly by group
- Full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and 403B with 6% match by employer
- Sign on Bonus or Student Stipend if still training, $50,000, and relocation of $10,000
- 7-9 weeks PTO based on tenure
