Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic outpatient practice in New Haven, Connecticut. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a collaborative care environment, modern facilities, and a strong focus on preventive and primary care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Conduct routine physical exams, manage chronic diseases, and perform minor procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Promote preventive care and wellness education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in community outreach and health initiatives as needed
Requirements:
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
