Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
  • Support health education, wellness initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License
  • Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
