Your Role & Impact
As a Clinical Resource Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, you'll play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care using evidence-based practices. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, respond to changes in patient condition, and participate in discharge planning. This role requires strong critical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
