Title Insurance

Sales Representative

to join their

Florida sales

team

in

Candidate Profile

High school diploma

or equivalent is

required

25 years

of

proven success in

title/

real estate

industry sales

Valid drivers license

required for territory travel

title insurance and/or real estate industries

Strong track record of

meeting and exceeding revenue targets

in real estate, title insurance, or related industries

Skilled in leveraging

social media ,

cold calling ,

networking , and both

in-person and virtual meetings

to build strong client relationships

Proficiency in

sales database systems

(Salesforce or similar)

Ability to adapt

sales strategies to changing market conditions

Excellent

presentation skills

with the

ability to tailor content

to diverse client audiences

Persistent ,

accountable , and able to

follow through on commitments with

consistency

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a designated territory , securing new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention

Utilize industry data and multiple lead sources to

identify

and

compile targeted lists

of

prospective clients

Create and execute

a call plan

to engage qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals

Assess client needs and

design customized solutions

to meet business objectives

Deliver effective ,

tailored presentations

to various audiences both virtually and in person

Maintain strong visibility

in the market by attending real estate industry

functions ,

networking events , and participating in

community activities

Collaborate with internal marketing teams to

create impactful local marketing content

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Salary :

$60,000-$80,000 , as determined by experience and market factors

Additional Compensation:
