Structured Finance Practice Group

Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in the
relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
4+ years
of substantive experience in
structured finance ,
lending ,
securitization , or similar finance structures
Strong
deal experience
at an
AmLaw or similarly sophisticated law firm
handling
complex structured finance transactions
Experience working across
multiple asset types
and
transaction structures
is
preferred , but not required
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Represent
issuers ,
underwriters ,
lenders , and other market participants in
structured finance transactions
Draft and negotiate transaction documentation , including offering documents, credit agreements, and security agreements
Advise clients on
deal structuring ,
risk assessment , and
regulatory compliance
Coordinate all aspects of transactions
from inception to closing , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to address complex, multi-jurisdictional issues
Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic, business-oriented legal solutions

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary : Expected annual base salary of
$310,000+ , as determined by experience and market factors
Eligibility to earn a discretionary
bonus
