Responsibilities: The Contractor shall research, support the development of, and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meeting or exceeding DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines. Contract personnel shall independently produce and database, as required, one or more of the following imagery and/or geospatial based target materials for the CENTCOM AOR in accordance with DoD policy, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Manuals/Instructions and CCMD policies and standards for target material production. May require Contractor to support 24/7 shift work, TDY, and deployment for targeting operations and support. The Contractor shall conduct imagery research, analysis, and exploitation to produce imagery and/or geospatial based target materials (TM) and other products to support basic, intermediate, and advanced target development along with combat assessment. In support of this task, the Contractor shall: Produce geospatially enabled target materials (GETM) files in assigned database. Provide recommended input to DoD, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, CENTCOM policies, SOPs, and standards for TM production as required. Coordinate with external and internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines. Respond to RFIs and prepare and present briefings as required. Required Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education:
Masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have a Bachelors degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute for the Masters degree.
