Responsibilities
Ability to handle complex accounts
Service and sell personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients
Gather underwriting, pricing, and support data for preparation of submission and
coordinate efforts with CSR1 and CSR2
Actively solicits and processes additional lines of coverage for all accounts and working
book of business.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with company sales representatives,
service center, and underwriting and claim representatives
Provide quality customer service to existing accounts.
Preparation of new client proposals
Proactively retain accounts, following up on cancellations and Broker of record letters
Assist in training other employees
Pursue professional studies and maintain familiarity with trends in the industry and new
insurance products
Understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms and policies
Above average math skills and ability to rate insurance policies
Strong written, oral and phone communication skills
Organize, set and maintain priorities
Work with minimal supervision
Working knowledge/experience with an agency management system, Microsoft Word,
Outlook and agency rating system.
Have a working knowledge of all of the core job responsibilities of CSR1 & 2
Take payment and note activity
Upload Payments various company websites
Perform other duties as assigned.
