About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional VP of Product Strategy to spearhead our dynamic product management team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience across various digital touchpoints. You will drive initiatives in retention, engagement, marketing, monetization, product analytics, design, UI/UX, data experiences, and user testing.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven history in software product management, especially within e-commerce or digital retail landscapes. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers and design engineers.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Designing and executing A/B tests to elevate user experiences.
- Focusing on user retention and engagement to maximize customer lifetime value.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in software product management, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership capacity. A strategic vision paired with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including analytics, is essential.
