The Company is in search of a VP of Performance Marketing to spearhead the development of a robust marketing engine. This pivotal role is focused on engaging expectant and new parents, particularly moms, through modern branding, digital media, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven leader with a proven track record in customer acquisition, especially in high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end paid media strategy, optimizing CRM-based journeys, and managing the full digital growth machine to ensure effective customer acquisition and conversion across various channels. Applicants for the VP of Performance Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition at scale. A background in a related discipline such as marketing, business, or data science is required. The role demands expertise in paid digital channels, lifecycle marketing programs, and retargeting strategies, as well as experience in managing performance marketing budgets and driving ROI. The ideal candidate will have a history of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams and be adept at working with attribution and tracking infrastructure. While not mandatory, experience within or adjacent to the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, particularly an understanding of healthcare consumer behavior, is a significant advantage.
