About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Direct Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing programs that boost customer engagement and drive substantial business growth. This senior leadership position will optimize the customer journey across various stages such as acquisition, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention, and win-back strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive marketing campaigns from strategy formulation to implementation, excelling in audience-based marketing across multiple channels. A crucial aspect of this role is the expertise in data sources for marketing, ensuring precision in selecting and adjusting target audiences for maximum effectiveness.

As a VP, you will oversee the entire marketing campaign lifecycle, and be accountable for achieving full-funnel results, including profitability and vintage analysis. You must have at least 10 years of robust experience in marketing roles with a focus on direct marketing, and 4 years in a management position leading marketing teams. Experience in the retail financial services industry, or a comparable regulated sector, is essential.

The role requires a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex processes. You will stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to drive creative innovation while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.

This position also involves mentoring a talented team of marketing professionals and leading specialized projects as assigned.
