About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven VP/SVP of Product Marketing to lead its Product Marketing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for the company's AI-powered solutions, with a focus on the B2B CCaaS and AI landscape. This critical leadership role requires a blend of strategic foresight, exceptional leadership, and hands-on tactical execution. The VP/SVP of Product Marketing will be responsible for crafting compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging, deeply understanding market trends, and empowering sales teams with comprehensive enablement. Collaboration with marketing and GTM strategy teams is essential to design and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product marketing, with a significant portion in the enterprise SaaS space, and a proven track record of promoting complex solutions to financial institutions. The role demands an individual with outstanding leadership and management skills, superior project management abilities, and the capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, be adept at translating technical capabilities into clear value propositions, and be able to influence and inspire diverse audiences. A deep understanding of the CCaaS and AI domains, particularly in the context of how AI is transforming customer interactions, is a key requirement for this position.
