ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of our management team, responsible for setting the direction and strategy for our sales and business development efforts. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This position reports directly to the President and demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the printing and envelope manufacturing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and revenue streams.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, and alliances that drive growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to assess potential acquisitions or mergers.
- Set and achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Use market insights to develop new product offerings or improve existing ones.
- Regularly report on sales performance, achievements, and challenges to the company president
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

- Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related leadership role, with a track record of achieving growth targets.
- Experience with direct mail, integrated marketing firms or commercial printing highly desired
- This is a hybrid role, must be available to visit the office 1-2 times per month
