The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
Develop accurate and efficient financial models for valuations, benchmarking, and planning purposes
Perform detailed valuations for acquisition/divestiture opportunities
Support developing presentation of valuation and strategy work to senior leaderships
Coordinate due diligence efforts across corporate functional and business operating teams
Support contract negotiations as necessary
Support transition plan to integration teams
Develop compelling materials to advance and/or advocate our corporate strategy with the audience including management, our Board, and the investment community
Conduct analysis to understand and frame thinking on key strategic issues to drive strategy for the entire corporation
Perform company, market, and industry analyses and assesses attractiveness
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited university with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of work experience. Experience must include one or a combination of the following: corporate development, corporate strategic planning, consulting, finance, and/or investment banking.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of professional work experience
1+ years of merger and acquisition experience
