Boka Restaurant Group’s premier catering division, Boka Catering Group , is currently seeking a Culinary Supervisors  to join our team! We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to round out our BOH management team, in an hourly capacity .

Schedule : 30-40 hours per week – dependent on events schedule and needs of BOH Management Team.

HOURLY CULINARY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  
 

  • Helping manage hourly staff at off-site events while making sure event load-in, kitchen set up, event maintenance and event flow are executed smoothly and accurately with a heightened service standard.  
  • Helping with load-in and load-out at off-site events.   
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with all venue managers by becoming familiar with and adhering to all venue guidelines. Closing out the event with the utmost respect and attention to those guidelines.  
  • Working with Boka Catering Managers to internally troubleshoot any issues that arise and work on building systems to eliminate the same problems from repeating in the future.  
  • Overseeing the safe and complete return of kitchen equipment  

QUALIFICATIONS:  
 

  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience  
  • Catering experience or large-volume experience preferred  
  • Must be available on Friday and Saturday evenings  
  • Clear and thorough communication style  
  • Guest-oriented professionalism  

This is an ideal position for someone who is a reliable and dedicated culinary professional, looking to join a hard-working and fun team!  
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  
 

  • Ability to lift 10- 20lbs if necessary.  
  • Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.  
  • Stand and walk for the entirety of a six-hour shift,

COMPENSATION DETAILS:  
Compensation: Starting at $ 25 / hr ; higher depending on experience
