What You'll Do
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain a strong presence on the line, ensuring food quality and consistency.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to uphold culinary standards.
Develop and refine menu offerings in line with our Parisian and pre-theater dining theme.
Control food costs.
Implement smart purchasing and waste reduction strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Work with management to optimize kitchen operations and improve guest experience.
Keep the menu fresh with innovative ideas while maintaining consistency.
Manage kitchen inventory and supplier relationships.
Ensure timely food preparation and service to accommodate pre-theater guests.
What We re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction.
Passion for French / American cuisine and pre-theater service (a plus!).
Ability to balance classic culinary techniques with modern trends.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bonus Points
Culinary degree or relevant certifications.
Experience in a fast-paced, pre-theater dining environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
