The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential nursing duties aimed at ensuring high-quality patient care. Your role will include performing assessments, administering treatments, and managing medication protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs- Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders- Notify the Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) of pertinent patient information- Assist with patient admissions and discharges- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)- Perform gastrostomy tube care and urinary catheter care- Administer nebulized treatments and manage wound vac care- Provide CPAP care and other assigned nursing duties as needed Shift Requirements: - Variable shifts based on patient census and facility needs- Flexibility to work as required Qualifications: - Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license- Previous experience in a Long Term Care setting is preferred- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals- Ability to handle a variety of nursing tasks and prioritize patient care effectively Additional Requirements: - Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start dateJoin us in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
