What Youll Do
- Lead meaningful conversations to understand each clients values, goals, and financial challenges
- Build comprehensive strategies across investments, insurance, retirement, tax and estate planning
- Grow your business through a mix of proactive outreach, referrals, and qualified leads from our internal team
- Deliver a seamless, white-glove client experience from first meeting through long-term relationship management
- Participate in ongoing sales and planning training to sharpen your edge and stay at the top of your game
- Operate with autonomysupported by world-class tools, marketing, and back-office infrastructure
What You Can Expect
- Advisor Equity Own a piece of what you help build. (Ask us why this matters.)
- Year 1 Compensation: $150,000$200,000 (base + commission)
- Year 3+ Earning Potential: $250,000+
- Full marketing support at no cost to the advisor (branding, social, appointment-setting tools)

Your Background Sets You Apart
- 2+ years of success in financial services or high-performance, consultative sales
- Proven track record in relationship-driven roles where trust and value matter
- Confident communicatorcomfortable presenting in person, virtually, and over the phone
- Tech-savvy: skilled with financial planning tools (e.g., eMoney), CRMs, and Microsoft Office
- Series 65 or 66 and Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
